• Minimum requirements: 18 hours & 6 days per week commitment from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM EST, which is 6:00 PM to 9 PM Beijing Time.
• Teach English to Chinese students from Pre E to E 7 online.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. or Canada
• Speak English at an idiomatic level
• Bachelor's degree or above in any subject
• Teaching certificate e.g. TEFL/TESOL/CELTA (We can help get one after you pass the interview, the TEFL is only $11.9 USD)
• Teaching experience is not required, Landi can provide a 2nd chance for the demo to the teachers who have the potential to pass after more practice.
• Desktop computer/laptop and access to a smart phone
• Internet Connection with 3 Mbps download speed and 3 Mbps upload speed (Wire DSL preferred)
• Headset and HD webcam.

1. Landi has a binding system which can ensure high booking rate, the average booking rate is 90% and the teachers can have a stable monthly income(new teachers can also get a lot of classes to teach after the probation.)
2. Landi has a fixed schedule requirement, teachers can schedule the work and life in order.
3. Because of the binding system, the teachers can teach a same group of students to build a strong connection with the students.
4. Landi has 1 on 2 and 1 on 1 classes, smaller class size which is easier to hold.
5. In person support, Landi teachers have an assigned Nesting Coach who can be quite supportive.
6. Landi has its own platform and a set curriculum: Landi collaborates with the Oxford University Press, and are officially licensed for the Starlight Series curriculum
